FROZEN KENTUCKY MULE
4 oz Old City Ginger Beer
1 1/2 oz Eagle Rare 10yr Bourbon
1/4 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz ginger honey
Lemon zestIn a blender, combine Bourbon, lemon juice, Old City Ginger Beer and ice. Blend until a smooth consistency, and pour into a parfait glass. Garnish with ginger honey and lemon zest.

OLD CITY SODA FIZZ
3 oz Old City Grapefruit Soda
3 sprigs fresh tarragon, plus a few leaves for garnish
2 oz gin—Watershed Four Peel
1/2 oz elderflower liqueur (such as St. Germain)
1 oz simple syrupMuddle the tarragon in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice, and add gin, Old City Grapefruit Soda, elderflower liqueur and simple syrup. Shake vigorously, and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with grapefruit and tarragon, if you wish.

THE GIN AND TONIC
3 oz Old City Tonic Water
1 oz Citadel Gin
1/4 oz chamomile infused Carpono Bianco Vermouth
Bar spoon of green ChartreuseCombine gin, vermouth and chartreuse in a rocks glass on a large ice cube and stir for 15 seconds. Top with Old City Tonic Water, and garnish with a lime peel.
